These wet process chemicals are used in critical fabrication steps where consistent purity, process stability and reliable etch or cleaning performance are essential.
Technic France’s acids and bases are suitable for a wide variety of wafer cleaning, surface preparation, oxide removal, silicon etching, metal etching and general wet chemical processing applications. Available in semiconductor-grade purities and multiple pack sizes, the range is designed to support both R&D and production-scale requirements across fabs, university cleanrooms and advanced manufacturing facilities.
